Winter School on Quantum Science

Organized by the UCSB NSF Quantum Foundry, this virtual school will focus on quantum control of single and multi-qubit systems and the principles of mapping interesting physical problems onto these systems.

The week-long online school will feature a series of lectures and hands-on training sessions on the fundamentals of quantum information, qubits, their addressability, sources of quantum decoherence, and the critical aspects of quantum computing.

The school intends for an audience at the level of graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.
