Kasra Hejazi

Biography

Kasra Hejazi is a physics graduate student at UC Santa Barbara, and he is interested in theoretical condensed matter physics and, more recently, quantum information and computing. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in physics from the Sharif University of Technology, Iran. His work on condensed matter physics has mostly focused on many-body physics and especially low dimensional and moiré systems. His efforts have recently focused on problems at the intersection of condensed matter and quantum information and topics such as tensor networks, quantum chaos, and quantum dynamics.
