Somaiyeh Shokri Kalan

Somaiyeh is from Tabriz, Iran. She received M.S. and B.S. degrees in Theoretical Physics from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS), Zanjan, and the University of Tabriz, respectively. She joined Prof. Stemmer’s group in the summer of 2023. Her interests include studying the properties of topological materials in high-quality Cd3As2 thin films grown via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE).
