New Quantum Foundry Trainee joins the Data Science Efforts to Accelerate the Discovery of New Materials for Quantum Technologies

Xianjun Yang joins the Quantum Foundry Traineeship Program in Fall 2020. Xianjun's research efforts will utilize data-driven techniques to accelerate the development of new materials for quantum information science applications. Of particular interest will be data-guided pathways for the accelerated synthesis of novel quantum materials. Xianjun is a second year Mechanical Engineering graduate student co-advised by Quantum Foundry faculty, Linda Petzhold and Stephen Wilson.
